How it Works
Fill out the form below with more details about your group. I'll send you 2-3 solid options with tentative rates for your review. Then I'll negotiate the final rate, confirm the booking, and be your point of contact all the way through.
Wait — is this actually free?
Hotels already pay a commission (usually 10 to 15%) to whoever books your group, whether that's an online travel site, a travel agency, or me. Working with me doesn't add anything on top of your rate. It just routes that same commission to me instead of Expedia.
You're not paying more. Often you're paying less, since the group rates I negotiate directly tend to beat the public rate. And there's no contract or deposit between us — any deposit is standard hotel policy, same as if you'd booked it yourself.
As an added perk, you save yourself lots of time and back-and-forth because all questions or special requests can go directly to me versus a toll-free number.
