I love helping travelers explore the hotspots that are absolutely worth the hype (like Mexico City and Tokyo), while also getting a bit off the beaten path to explore destinations like Oaxaca and San Miguel del Allende, or Fukuoka and Kagoshima.

I visited Mexico a handful of times before I finally called it love and put a ring on it. After a decade of near-constant travel, I realized I could spend the rest of my life exploring Mexico and never get bored.

So, whether you want to make the most of a long weekend in CDMX, find a less-touristed beach town, or get even more off the beaten path… I got you!

Japan

Nowhere in the world compares to Japan. Few countries have so many different things to see, and the infrastructure to see them in a short amount of time.

I’ve spent +6 months in Japan over the last few years, in a dozen different cities. (You know how they say, “Home is where the wifi connects automatically?” Well, my devices automatically connect on the bullet train.)

Japan can be an intimidating trip for many of us. It’s far away, has tons of things to see, and there’s real pressure to make the most of it. Even figuring out your initial itinerary can be a challenge!
